Well you know never who's taking a picture so there's a good chance he has no idea or had no idea that someone was taking a picture of him hitting the bong. Now the person that took the picture.... Good old fashioned blanket party behind the Michael Phelps training facility.
If we didn't make mistakes we wouldn't ever learn anything. All though I think im perfect so I either made a shit load of mistakes when I was younger ooooooooooorrrr Im a natural... or dreaming.

I agree, they could be covering more important things like why Dunkin Donuts doesn't get control to their effin drive thru line. The local newspaper just wrote about this story so it wont be going away any time soon. :(
